Tips:

1. Do not pull out the collection bin when the cat is in the litter box.

2. Do not add litter to the litter box or add extra gravity while the machine is running.

3. Do not allow the cat to enter the litter box while emptying the litter.

4. Do not rinse the fuselage directly with water,you can use a wet rag to wipe away oil and dust on the body.

5. Every time you remove the top cover or add cat litter, you need to reset the cat litter box, otherwise the weighing data may be inaccurate. (Pull out the collection bin for 5 seconds and then push it in along the track until you hear a "beep", which means the reset is successful.)

6. When installing the feces collection bin, it is recommended to lift the front part and then push it along the track to the bottom until you hear a beep sound to install it in place.

7. There will be two "beeps" when the collecting bin is pulled out, and one "beep" when it is pushed into the correct position. If there is no sound, it may be that the collecting bin is not installed in place.

8. Do not use cat litter longer than 15mm.

Lighting Introduction:

Wi-Fi button

White light on: Connected

Yellow light on: Offline or Network abnormal

Yellow light flashes: Connecting

 

Cleaning button

White light on: "Cleaning" or "Waiting cluster" status

White light flashes: Pause (press again to start)

Yellow light on: The entrance sensor senses biological movement or strong light

Yellow light flashes quickly:The cat litter box feels the extra gravity during cleaning

Yellow light flashes slowly:Feces or foreign matter is blocking the signal transmission of the sensor light, please open the APP to check the any error information or contact customer service.

Note: When both lights flash in white, it means the device is being upgraded and the machine stops working during this process.

APP Pop-up message:

Full collection bin(Feces or foreign objects block the signal transmission of the sensor lights on both sides of the collection bin.)

Solution:

① Check whether the collection bin is full and clean it up (if the stool is only bulging in one place, pull out the stool collection bin and shake it evenly before putting it back in)

②The garbage bag may be bulging or not laid flat, thus hindering signal transmission. Please lay thegarbage bag flat.

③ Use wet wipes to wipe the infrared sensor light on the top of the collection bin.

Solution:

①Check if the magnet of the collection bin exists.

②Pull out the collection bin for 5 seconds and then push it in along the track until you hear a "beep", which means the collection bin has reached the correct position (please note: do not pull out the collection bin when the cat is in the litter box.)

sensor triggered

①The cat litter box may have exceeded its loadlimit, which can be solved by reducing gravity.

②The four legs of the cat litter box may not be installed properly or may be damaged. Please make sure that the four legs of the cat litter box are firmly installed.

The motor encounters resistance when running, and the drum will automatically reset after being triggered.
